GILBERT FOUST · PRIVATE ARCHITECTURE
Vault
Private access, restricted records, confidential work, credentials, hidden ideas, and materials that should be organized with intention.
“The Vault is not a public performance. It is the guarded architecture behind the work.”
This section is designed for materials that should not simply sit in public view: documents, credentials, manuscripts, records, strategic notes, links, and files that require discretion. It can point visitors toward protected resources, but sensitive materials should still be stored behind proper permissions, passwords, membership controls, or secure document systems.

ACCESS DESIGN
Every private file needs a reason, a gate, and a record.
The Vault page should not expose confidential materials directly. Its purpose is to organize pathways: who may access something, what they are allowed to see, why they need it, and where the protected file actually lives.
- Public previews without sensitive attachments
- Password or membership protection for restricted items
- Separate document storage for confidential records
- Clear labels for personal, professional, partner, and restricted access
Access Levels
Personal
Documents preserved for your own record, future writing, private memory, or personal continuity.
Professional
Materials suitable for employers, media, academic review, institutional partners, or formal applications.
Partner
Files shared with collaborators, board members, project leaders, contractors, or trusted advisors.
Restricted
Confidential documents that should remain behind strong permissions and should not be placed on ordinary public pages.
Vault Ledger
Use this ledger as a placeholder for the living index. Each entry can link to a protected page, password-protected file, Google Drive folder, membership portal, or internal document system.
| Record Type | Access Level | Storage Location | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional Résumé Packet | Professional | Protected download | Ready for review |
| Project Strategy Notes | Partner | Private folder | In development |

CONTROLLED ENTRY
Request Vault Access
For private documents, professional packets, internal materials, manuscripts, or project files, access should be granted intentionally—not discovered accidentally.
Security note: do not upload confidential records directly to ordinary public pages. Use password protection, member permissions, or a secure document repository for sensitive materials.
